DSPA Aerosol Fire Suppression

Over the past decades, DSPA has developed and manufactured certified aerosol fire suppression technologies for customers worldwide.

The company originated from the need to create a sustainable alternative following the phase-out of Halon. Originally recognized for its highly reliable condensed aerosol generators, DSPA solutions are widely used by governments, firefighters, first responders, and a broad range of industries as effective alternatives to conventional pressurized systems.

In 2025, DSPA expanded its portfolio with nitrogen-based fire suppression solutions: N2 Gen. Today, the company offers both aerosol and IG-100 systems, addressing the growing demand for sustainable, pressure-free fire protection in sensitive and mission-critical environments such as data centers, energy storage systems, and critical infrastructure.

Across both technology lines, DSPA remains focused on reliability, proven performance, and responsible fire suppression design.

All aerosol generators are produced at DSPA’s own manufacturing facility in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, in accordance with European quality and environmental standards. Production and inspection follow certified quality management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, K21045, and BSI Kitemark requirements.

Through a global network of affiliates and distributors, supported by our subsidiary office in Pune, India, DSPA provides fire suppression solutions with worldwide reach and local technical expertise.

What defines DSPA is not only the technology, but the people behind it. Our team combines experienced specialists with a younger generation of engineers, supported by in-house R&D and a stock-based supply model. Our international team enables direct communication with customers across different markets, reducing language barriers and keeping projects straightforward and efficient.
